Description:
UI: Option clear direct formatting from bullets and numbering list

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Toggle ordered list
3. Type AAA 
4. Enter
5. BBB
6. Enter
7. CCC
8. Click on number 1 (area background become gray)
9. press CTRL+B (numbers will become bold; Direct formatting)
10. Try to use clear direct formatting for numbered list (not possible)

Yes, you can press CTRL+B again (but will now you will have the inverse DF)


Actual Results:
Can't remove DF from bulleted/numbered list

Expected Results:
Should be possible


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
