Description:
I would like to customize layouts:

- adding custom layouts
- selecting the custom layouts from "slides > layouts" menu

Steps to Reproduce:
1. "Slides > Layouts" menu

Actual Results:
There are only default sets of layouts

Expected Results:
The list should be editable including adding a new custom layout


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
