Description Jorge Aparicio 2022-01-15 19:25:01 UTC
As the title states using the touchscreen frequently on libreoffice under wayland causes crashes.

The terminal reports the following error:
(soffice:35930): Gdk-CRITICAL **: 11:11:49.355: gdk_wayland_window_get_wl_surface: assertion 'GDK_IS_WAYLAND_WINDOW (window)' failed
Gdk-Message: 11:11:49.360: Error 22 (Invalid argument) dispatching to Wayland display.

Easy reproduction steps:

Open libreoffice impress
Make enough slides for a scrollbar to appear
scroll through the slides with a touch screen a couple of times
hold your finger on one of the slides in the left hand slide view
application crashes

Other crashes like this I've also noticed in calc.

Hi Jorge
Could you please test again with a currently-supported version of LO, 7.4 or 7.5, and let us know if you still reproduce the crash?
If so, a link to a crash report would be helpful, and also the information copied from Help > About LibreOffice.
Thank you!
