I can't test on letter paper, but I did test with: - 4-page document - Format > Page style set to 10.5 cm × 14.85 cm - Print on both sides (duplex short edge) - Paper size: A4 210mm × 297mm (which is supposed to fit just two of those smaller pages) - Pages per sheet: 2 - Orientation: landscape I get one single sheet, printed on both sides, all 4 pages visible.
