Description:
Undo of deletion of page header doesn't show until scroll

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 169381 [details]
2. Enter header.
3. Move mouse right bottom corner of the header.. blue widget appears
4. Left click. and select delete header
5. Press CTRL+Z.. 

Actual Results:
Not visible until scroll

Expected Results:
Updated paint


Reproducible: Always
