Description: Auss laptop with dual Intel/Nvidia graphics card. The story is long but the common factor is a crash that got harder and harder to avoid with subsequent releases of LibreOffice. C:\Users\Aneta>"C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\soffice.bin Abort was called at 213 line in file: D:\qb\workspace\21461\source\vpg-compute-neo\shared\source\memory_manager\memory_manager.cpp At first safe mode helped. Disabling acceleration was enough. Then a few months and couple of versions it did not help any more so I an act of desperation I deleted all registry entries related to LibreOffice - started to work. Recently NOTHING helps. After a fresh install, removal of the profile folder does not allow to start Libreoffice. I was lucky to find a profile of other user that work. When it starts to crash I have to replace current profile with a backup of what still saves my a**. No, updating the graphics driver does not help or change the situation. To make things worse. It works with acceleration enabled. I may be wrong, but it seems that settings from safe mode get lost after regular start (and crash). Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start LibreOffice Actual Results: Abort was called at 213 line in file: D:\qb\workspace\21461\source\vpg-compute-neo\shared\source\memory_manager\memory_manager.cpp Expected Results: Show LibreOffice window. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: Windows 10 before. Windows 11 now. Asus Laptop with Intel/NVidia graphics. I'll be glad to provide any more detail as needed.
There should be a single issue, can we mark a duplicate of bug 145803?
Yes, I guess. Thing is - do I have to put my comments into the 1st bug it gets duplicated against?
If you can add something useful, please do. Like exact graphic card. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 145803 ***
