Description Jörn Schwarz 2022-01-21 13:29:54 UTC
Description:
A pdf graphic can be inserted as an image into Writer. However, when the entire document is exported as a pdf file, the bordered graphic is cropped: an upper border line of 0.2 mm disappears and the right border line is almost unrecognizable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a pdf file with a frame of 0.2 mm
2. insert the pdf file as an image into Writer
3. Export this file as pdf

Actual Results:
cropped frame

Expected Results:
Displaying a complete frame

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Seem duplicate. If you agree, and if there's some detail to add, write in other bug.
If completely different issue, please explain and set Unconfirmed.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 135002 ***
Comment 4 Jörn Schwarz 2022-01-25 15:25:57 UTC
I disagree.
the bug described in 135002 depends on the imported pdf file, which contains many more graphical objects than it displays and which are hidden.
If you open the file "BAZ-KH.pdf" with LO-Draw, you can see the additional objects.
In this respect bug 135002 is not a bug at all.
So bug 146895 should should remain.

This seems to be the same file as in comment 1. I was hoping for a PDF with a frame of 0.2 mm that we can the insert into Writer.
