Please detail what is the bad render, and what data it's not accessible. Have you tested with a clean profile, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode
Created attachment 177694 [details] Rendered by Libreoffice This is a pdf exported by Libreoffice and shows how the file is (incorrectly) rendered by Libreoffice.
Created attachment 177695 [details] Rendered by Onlyoffice This pdf is generated by Onlyoffice and shows how the rendering should look.
(In reply to m.a.riosv from comment #2) > Please detail what is the bad render, and what data it's not accessible. > > Have you tested with a clean profile, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode Thank you for the reply. I've attached two pdfs, one generated by Libreoffice that shows how Libreoffice renders the file (filename: Listado CX 10NOV - Libreoffice.pdf) and the second a pdf generated by Onlyoffice that shows how Onlyoffice renders the file which is the proper way as intended by the creator (filename: Listado CX 10NOV - Onlyoffice.pdf). I have not tested it in Safe Mode but the same happens in another mac os (intel based) computer and in a Linux machine Libreoffice crashes. Hope it helps. Charlie
The problem is the setting "Repeat heading The first 100 rows" in tab "Text Flow" of the table properties. Set it to "The first 1 row" or disable it and all is OK. Repeating 100 rows on page contradicts with 41, the maximum number of rows possible on that page. Actually OnlyOffice does not render repeated rows. It might in principle not be able to do so, or it has this fallback for the faulty document. I could imagine an enhancement for LibreOffice to ignore this setting, if repeating is not possible with the current page size. Or as more informative solution, tell the user, that rendering is not possible and suggest to ignore the setting.
Created attachment 177764 [details] File compared in MSO, OO, FO, LO So, ODT has wrong setting of Repeat Heading in table..but all other programs open it correctly with 32 pages: Microsoft Office, OnlyOffice, FreeOffice.
Charlie, in case you know: in which program was the ODT file created?
Dear Charlie, To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://web.libera.chat/?settings=#libreoffice-qa Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone!
