Description:
If I copy text from Microsoft Onenote and paste it into Writer, it pastes it as an image, not as text.  When I paste it into Writer I need to paste it as unformatted for it to past and text.  As far as i can tell this is the spot it does this for.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Onenote 2016
2.Copy test from Onenote
3. Paste into Writer

Actual Results:
It comes in as an image and you cant edit the text

Expected Results:
It should come in as text that you can edit.  You should not have to do unformatted text for it to work.
