Description:
When you insert a comment in an existing document and add some text to it, then scroll down the document without leaving the comment and click somewhere in the document, the cursor jumps back to the comment

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open an existing document
2.Click somewhere in the text and go to Insert > Comment to insert a comment
3.Type some text in the comment
4.Without leaving the comment scroll down the document a bit.
% Click somewhere in the text of the document.

Actual Results:
The cursor jumps back to the comment

Expected Results:
The cursor goes to the place you clicked.
