Description:
Chart in writer doesn't update axis labels if its data is in Writer table

This one just follows from bug 122995 that Armin fixed yesterday for current master 7.4.

Today you can see the chart updates columns (see attach for example) but if you'll try change column names in the Writer data table then the chart doesn't change it in the chart area

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the file from attach
2. Try change "1 quarter" to "new year" in B1 cell in the table and click in another cell
3. Look at the chart => you still see "1 quarter" there as an axis label
4. Change value in B2 cell from 4 to 6 and click in another cell
5. Look at the chart => now the chart updated the axis label to

Actual Results:
Chart in Writer doesn't update axis labels if its data is in Writer table and you changed it. You should change some value too

Expected Results:
Chart in Writer updates axis labels if its data is in Writer table as it is today with any data values (after clicking in another cell)

Reproducible: Always

Confirming behavior in bibisect-7.4-linux:

Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha1+ / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: b6e0ae1b1bad5e222e21bbb4b2a158c1fc6f9779
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Does not seem to be a regression, this never worked at least since 6.0.
