Description:
FILEOPEN DOCX: Optimal Wrap does wrap around image in ODT, but does for exported DOCX/DOC

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (modified version of attachment 123613 [details])
2. Save as DOCX or DOC
3. File reload

Actual Results:
Notice text being around the image

Expected Results:
No wrap


Reproducible: Always

Additional information
There is also a change of the anchor from "To Paragraph" to "To Character" (well known problem). But described problem also appears, if anchor in odt-file is "To Character"
