Description:
The bullet list icon is disabled and hovering over it produces "No list" message even when a list of words / short sentences is highlighted.  

Very problematic.  

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on bulleted list icon
2.
3.

Actual Results:
nothing happens  

Expected Results:
A list of bullet examples was offered prior to latest version 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
This is a fundamental function of any word processing application, so treating this as urgent would help many users.

There are two icons on the panel - "Toggle unordered list" and "No list"

It seems there was confusion about the No List button and raal pointed out the different buttons. Closing.
