Description:
Moving one image up, moves the other image on the page down

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the blue rectangle
3. Press arrow up or drag it up

Actual Results:
Top image moves up (expected), however bottom image moves down (so distance between top and bottom image increases not a single paragraph, which would be expected

Expected Results:
Image not moving opposite directions


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
