Description Garth Fletcher 2022-01-30 00:08:08 UTC
LibreOffice 7.2.5.2 - Calc
running under Mac OS X 10.13.6 (High Sierra) on Mac mini (2012)
Scatter plot
 Trend line
equation and R^2 in chart is OK
but values shown in Status Bar are wildly different
   e.g., f(x) = -785.207… + 34.89… R^2 = 0.73128… in chart
         f(x) = -0.6218 + 29.55 R^2 = 0.6659 in Status bar

Would you be able to upload a test document that exhibits this problem?
Comment 2 Garth Fletcher 2022-02-06 16:02:22 UTC
Unfortunately I foolishly did not save the file before adding new data :-(
In this updated file the trend line equations in the chart and the Status Bar now match correctly.

So, hard to say whether it was a "glitch" or operator error.
I'm marking it as Resolved, Insufficientdata
Apologies for the "noise".
