Description:
Attached file opens in Numbers but not in LibreOffice

Steps to Reproduce:
Open attached file

Actual Results:
Popup "The file ... is corrupt and therefore cannot be opened."

Expected Results:
File should open


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
plists are blanked and unnecessary subfiles were removed

More or less REPRODUCIBLE with  Installation of Version: 7.2.5.2 (x64) Build ID 499f9727c189e6ef3471021d6132d4c694f357e5
CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

STR:
0. Download sample document
1. Launch CALC
2. With active LibO File Handling Dialogs activated: Menu
   ˋFile → Open → Browse for sample document → Click 'out.numbers' with document
    type "All Documents" in selector [Open]ˊ
   » Expected: Simple spreadsheet will be opened
     Actual: Error Message "Document damaged ... try to repair ..."
3. [Yes] for attempt to repair
   » Repair fails  😥

Additional info:
a)Opening document will be successful with activated  "Apple Numbers (*.numbers)" in step (2).
b) Currently I can't tell whether only this particular document is affected
   or whether it's a general problem.
c) Related to "Bug 120709 - Cannot open .numbers file in Calc", which is a DUP of 
   "Bug 120707 - Cannot open .pages file in Writer"?
d) No obvious DUP found with query <https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=dorem&remaction=run&namedcmd=DUPs147079>
