Description:
Version 7.1.8.1(x64)
The 'recent' list is not updating, or not consistently.  Applies to Writer and to Calc (and, possibly to others).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a file and close it.
2.Click on 'File', and check whether the file is in the list of 'recent' files.
3.

Actual Results:
The file has not been added to the list of recent files.

Expected Results:
The file appears in the list of recent files.


Reproducible: Sometimes


User Profile Reset: No

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.

Thank you for your help. 
I renewed my user profile, which may have done the trick.
I have downloaded and installed version 7.2.5.2 (x64).
