Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Version 7.3.0.1 rc by a new Apple iMac 24" (CPU: M1) macOS Monterey
2.) Version 7.3.0.2 rc by a new Apple iMac 24" (CPU: M1) macOS Monterey
3.) Version 7.3.0.3 release by a new Apple iMac 24" (CPU: M1) macOS Monterey

4.) Version 7.3.0.1 rc by MacBook Pro 16" (CPU: Intel) macOS Big Sur
5.) Version 7.3.0.2 rc by Apple MacBook Pro 16" (CPU: Intel) macOS Big Sur
6.) Version 7.3.0.3 release by Apple MacBook Pro 16" (CPU: Intel) macOS Big Sur 

7.) Version 7.3.0.1 rc by a new Apple iMac 27" (CPU: Intel) macOS Monterey

Downgrade to LibreOffice 7.2.5.2 release unter Writer of LibreOffice:

-> Pages are printed on all Apple Systems (CPUs: Intel/M1) and macOS Big Sur (v11.6.3)or macOS Monterey (v12.2)

Deactivate Skia from Tools - Options - LibreOffice - View - Use Skia for all rendering.

It will not be default anymore in 7.3.1.
