Description: For example: I have Cell A1 to A10 need to be sum. Instead of typing "=SUM(" manually, I wish to have feature like pressing tab to auto complete with first formula suggestion. Actual Results: - Expected Results: auto complete with first formula suggestion Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: -
This works right now, just with Enter and not tab. Start writing =S and press Enter and it will autocomplete to =SUM()
(In reply to Buovjaga from comment #1) This should not be WORKSFORME (that is for "yes there *was* a problem that you reported, but it was fixed by unknown commit since your report"). It would be INVALID if it were wrongly reported. We often close such things as NOTABUG as a softer resolution. However, in this case, consider that Writer has "Word Completion" tab in its autocorrect options, and it allows you to select the key that auto-completes the suggestion, including Tab; while for Calc, that option is unavailable. Possibly it could be introduced? (But indeed, there might be some detail that requires Tab for some fixed thing that disallows that in Calc... Maybe Eike can tell?)
