fault occurs from LO Export to PDF or printer Microsoft Print to PDF

The page style it's set up to not show zeroes.

Change it in Menu/Styles/Page/Sheet - Zero values.

I've had Pirnt Zero checked for more than a decade.

Zero is a valid value and is not Null

At opening your first attached ods, it has not marked 'Zero values' in page style, and the sheet has no zeroes in any cell.
After marking works fine for me.
