Line spacing changes when applying highlighting at 180% zoom

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 161914 [details]
2. Zoom document to 180%
3. Apply highlighting as in screencast
4. Notice the spacing the line spacing changes when applying the highlighting


Actual Results:

Line spacing does not change anymore. The slight justification change is already seen in oldest of Linux 43all repo.
