Suboptimal text color in menubar

LibreOffice in Windows 11 has dark text with dark blue highlight in the menubar. This is suboptimal to see. The text should be light just like active style in the Styles in the sidebar

I don't see this style in Windows 11. Maybe Microsoft changed it? Do you still confirm?
