merged_cells in writer 7.4 make table write protected

See attachment.

a) I created a table,
b) then merged some cells.
c) If you select whole table
d) and try to change anything e.g. delete rows or columns
e) it says "write protected content

BUT if you select only non-merged cells or merged cells then you can edit it.

Maybe the Steps to reproduce (STR) are
1. Open the file
2. Merge some cells
3. Press CTRL+A (with cursor in table
4. Press CTRL+X or say A

I do repro that..

And there is some bug about this already somewhere...

yes exactly.

However, you can do things on table if you are not selecting the whole table, but it is annoying.

Seems duplicate. Cut is delete, with the whole merged column.
