Description:
If I want to send serials emails Libreoffice Writer (win10 and also Linux Mint 20.3) hangs up. I cannot abort the app. I have to do this in a hard manner.

Actual Results:
Start the Serials Email then you get stopped.

Expected Results:
LibreOffice hangs


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

no way to cancell libreoffice, execpt a hard reset

Not sufficient. 
You need to try with LO user profile reset or delete, as indicated in report form. 
Then you need to give exact steps what you do. 
Does it happen with any database or specific one? What's it's name? 
Please attach mail merge letter created with in-built Bibliography database, if it doesn't work for you. Or specific database if it doesn't work only with that. 
And search for existing mail merge bugs.

The serial letter creation works fine.

Trying to start the email sent to only the message appers. DOCUMENTSWILL BE CREATED: but there is no sending the E-Mails
