I see that the problem comes when I use the tool Curves and Polygons to draw an arrow: when I draw the long line it can save the document. But when I draw the arrowhead (a small line) then it gives the error.
Please add screenshot of your drawing. It would be nice if you could test older versions to check. Very easy with 1-file LO AppImage from https://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com/ If your drawing saves in some old version, please attach it here.
Even better that screenshot, please make a small webcast.
