Description: All three recent versions, 7.2.2, 7.3.0, and 7.3.1, are crashing on my Mac. Unusable!! I have a new MacBook Air M1 running, first, Big Sur, then, I upgraded to Monterey (Ver 12.2.1). Same thing is happening on both. To wit: - Load a ODT file, looks ok, can type in it. - Start scrolling OR click on a menu item. -> HANGS Steps to Reproduce: 1.Load a ODT file, looks ok, can type in it. 2.Start scrolling OR click on a menu item. Actual Results: HANGS!!!!!! Expected Results: Keep scrolling (DUH!) Menu functions work (DUH!) Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: none
Not sure, if it makes a difference, but when you downloaded 7.3.1, did you pick "macOS (Apple Silicon)"?

Gosh, that could make a big difference! I did not notice and must’ve loaded the Intel version. I have now installed the "Apple Silicon" version of 7.3.1, and it is running fine!
