Modèle avant impression ou enregistrement comme formulaire

Depuis toujours, je crée un modèle contenant des champs de données pour mes rapports avec une date automatique et le nombre de pages. Quand j'ouvre ce modèle et que je l'imprime ou l'enregistre comme formulaire, les dates deviennent fixes et le nombre de pages également m'obligeant chaque fois à recommencer l'insertion des dates et des nombres de page.
Ce n'est pas très grave, simplement ennuyeux en cas d'oubli.
