Description Callegar 2022-03-09 17:58:05 UTC
Description:
If you insert a PDF image in draw or impress and then ask for the "original size" then the image gets scaled to something that has little to do with the actual original size of the PDF document.

For instance, trying to insert into a presentation as an image a page of a data sheet (A4) gives you an image scaled to fit in the slide. However, you may need to crop that to get just a bit of it and that bit may end up fitting in the original size. However, if you ask LibO to resize the image to the original size, you may get something totally weird rather than a 210x297 mm image (the A4 format). For instance, I am getting an image as wide as over 50cm.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert PDF image in draw or impress
2. Ask LibO to resize it to the original size

Actual Results:
The "original size" delivered is different than the original size of the PDF image as reported by pdf viewers, editors or inkscape.

Expected Results:
The original size is the actual original size. For instance, inserting an A4 page the original size should be 21x29.7 cm.

Reproducible: Always
