I installed LibreOffice 7.2.6 on my Windows 10 pc.

LibreOffice stops working when I open it, and closing itself. It only can run on safe mode.
I uninstalled it and deleted all files that it created, and installed it again. Still have same issue.
I tried to reset profile data and disable opengl by using safe-mode wizard but nothing works.
I tried to test it wit a fresh profile by command "soffice.com -env:UserInstallation=file:///c:/my-test-profile" as it mentioned on wiki at page "https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile", still not working, CMD output (I opened CMD as Admin) is here:

One more thing: I chosed all components except ActiveX while I am installing LibreOffice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install LibreOffice
2. install helppack tr-tr
3. run LibreOffice

Actual Results:
LibreOffice stops working when I open it, and closing itself.

Expected Results:
LibreOffice should work with no errors.
