The example file and its docx version in fresh master

This is a followup to bug 144609

attachment 175122 [details] has a numbering prefix defined for the "A noter" numbering style, for the 2nd (♥) and 3rd () numbering levels.
These are lost when the document is saved as docx.

2, Notice that the paragraphs containing the math equations have a red "" numbering prefix
3, Save as docx, reload: The "" numbering prefix is gone.

Seems to have started to behave like this in 7.2. In 7.1 it was not perfect either (was not visible in Word due to the missing font setting).
