Description: Follow-up to https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73125, where new Manage Changes action icons were implemented, but without any readable information, i.e. accessibility support. As a workaround, add “Comment added” and “Comment deleted” TC comments for newly created annotation-only track changes, showing accessibility text to the new action icons in the newly created documents. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Enable recording of track changes 2.Insert a tracked comment e.g. selecting a word and pressing Ctrl-Alt-C. 3.Open Manage Changes dialog window. Actual Results: Only new action icons are visible, but not any readable/accessibility information. Expected Results: Text “Commend added” and “Comment deleted” in Comment field of the annotation-only changes. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 6adabd915d931b845fcf2fef15fbf3fca14ec9b3 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
