Hello,
I have defined a font and other parameters for new documents saved as default, this works when I click File > New Document, but it does not work when I create a new document in a folder from the context menu of the windows file explorer.

I always create documents that way so creating default template is useless.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.save default format
2.create a new document from windows file explorer
3.Open the document

Actual Results:
When opening the document it ignores the default formatting

Expected Results:
That the document opens with the default format the same as when I create a new document from the writer menu
