Description Peter 2022-03-18 10:17:12 UTC
Description:
OS Version: Mac OS X 10.14.6 (Build 18G9323)
Architecture: x86_64
Hardware model: MacBookPro9,2
Active cpus: 4
Ram 8GB

Issues is identical on Libreoffice stable (7.2.6) and latests (7.3.1). Gone back to version 7.1.8.1 which works fine.

Tried to test with OpenGL disabled but could work out how too. I downloaded GLview but couldn't see any enable/dispable option:
Renderer: Intel HD Graphics 4000 OpenGL Engine
Vendor: Intel Inc.
Version: 4.1 INTEL-12.10.31
Device: MacBookPro9,2
Shading language version: 4.10

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Libreoffice
2. Select a blank document of any type
3. Drag it to another screen (if it doesn't crash hang instantly try using it for 5 seconds)

Actual Results:
Libreoffice Freezes and after a bit says not responding in force quit menu. Force quitting is only way out. Don't hog CPU, it just sits there with spinning beachball.

Expected Results:
Application should continue to function regardless of window size of which screen it's on.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
Needs to cope with being dragged between external monitors

Changed component. Isn't a special Base bug. Base is the database component from LO.
