Description:
Half Letter page format, 5.5 × 8.5 inches, 21.59 x 13.97 cm, is very useful for all those users that print on a letter sheet in brochure mode.

In the page styles I cannot find it.

Please add it!

Steps to Reproduce:
format -> page style -> page

Actual Results:
no half letter format

Expected Results:
half letter format wanted

I can't understand: it's such a simple issue, why is an opinion from a committee required?

Why is this trivial bug so difficult to fix?

If your page format is letter, in order to print in brochure mode you need the half-letter page format.
