Description:
I installed yesterday the last 7.3.1 LibreOffice update and now LibreOffice does not start. I see the splash window for 1 second and it disappears.  I attemp to re-installed LibreOffice with no results. I started also LibreOffice in safe mode for resetting the user profil. LibreOffice still crashs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start soffice.exe. 
2.

Actual Results:
The splash window displays for 1 second and desappears

Expected Results:
The LibreOffice graphical interface should appears for file or application to open


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Hm. Doesn't seem like bug 145803, bug 147135, bug 147389.
You should try with daily master 7.4+ from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html.

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in a master version.
