The problematic field in Word and Writer

This is a followup to bug 145215

attachment 175829 [details] contains some example fields on page 51 under title "Schedule 99"

Many of these are appearing the same as in Word, this report focuses on the "PageRef" field of paragraphs 1 and 7.
In Word this field has the Field option "Position of paragraph". This is disabled in the paragraph numbered 1, and enabled in paragraph numbered 7.

When this is enabled in Word, the cross reference link says "on page N" while there is no similar cross reference type in Writer, so it is mapped to the "Above/below" cross reference, which matches the disabled state of "Position of paragraph" as seen in paragraph number 1.

Writer should have a similar option for the Bookmarks field that gives the referenced bookmarks position as "on page N".
