Notice that in some cases when a connector is dragged left / right (which changes their Line 1 property, under Connector - Line Skew), the preview is not correctly rendered. Also notice that this only happens when both ends of the connector are pointed to the same side. See these cases marked as "Not OK" in the attached ODP file. When each end is pointed to a different direction, preview works fine.
