when  clicking right on an object and than on "anchor", the choice of anchor on the page doesn't exist as in further version.

It was removed from the menu for a perceived user experience gain.

Make of that what you will, and join the band of disgruntled users who did use this feature on bug 140702. Make your voice heard.
