Description:
After I installed LibreOffice 7.3.2 (x64) I was not able to open it and I had to revert to 7.3.1.3. (x64). I am using an Intel CORE i7 Windows 10 PC. I'm not able to upgrade to Windows 11.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Double click on the LibreOffice shortcut icon
2.Right click on the LibreOffice shortcut icon and select "Open"
3.

Actual Results:
The application doesn't open

Expected Results:
The application doesn't open.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
It should open. I can't copy the information because the application won't open.

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
