Description: After I installed LibreOffice 7.3.2 (x64) I was not able to open it and I had to revert to 7.3.1.3. (x64). I am using an Intel CORE i7 Windows 10 PC. I'm not able to upgrade to Windows 11. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Double click on the LibreOffice shortcut icon 2.Right click on the LibreOffice shortcut icon and select "Open" 3. Actual Results: The application doesn't open Expected Results: The application doesn't open. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: It should open. I can't copy the information because the application won't open.

To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
