IMac Macos 12.2.1

If I enable voice control in macos settings, I can start Libre Office main module, but not calc and writer. The application starts, but immediately beach ball shows and does not go away. Macos reports application does not respond.

If I disable voice control again, everything works normal.

Which kind of comment ist needed?

I can easily replicate the problem.
