It's a file that was not opened for approximately two years. It was saved on my personal OneDrive account. See the attachment. Windows 11 21H2 22000.593, LO 7.2.6.2
Tried safe mode - deleting the row does not cause any crash. Also tried to reproduce it on my Virtual Machine with LO 7.1.7.2, Windows 10.0 19043 in VMWare 1 - did not crash too.

Could you try reset your LibreOffice's user profile using Help->Restart in Safe mode dialog?
I was unable to reproduce the issue on another Win11 installation (which os relatively fresh). Resetting the user profile helped. No crashes anymore.
