Description: The cross-reference of the type `Above/below` is not updated properly. For example, in the attached document `Subscription Agreement.docx`, on page 51, - it has the content: `8. Paragraph number = 2.1 above` Here, `2.1 above` is the cross-reference of the type `Above/below`. It means, in MSWord, the Field options of the cross-reference include: : `Relative position of paragraph` : `# of paragraph in relative context` But if you open it in the LibreOffice, `2.1 above` becomes `above`. On page 51 of this document, I added multiple examples of the cross-reference of the type `Above/below`. You can check the paragraphs containing cross-references below the text `Above + “above/below x-ref” functionality`. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make a document in Windows MSWord containing the cross-references of the type `Above/below` 2. Open it in LibreOffice Actual Results: The cross-reference of the type `Above/below` is not updated properly. `2.1 above` becomes `above`. Expected Results: The cross-reference of the type `Above/below` should be updated properly. `2.1 above` should remain as `2.1 above`. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: I tested all versions: 6.2.4, 7.2.5.2, 7.3.0.0.alpha but the same issue happens.

This is the same issue as bug bug 148171, bug 148172, bug 148173, and bug 148174 - I just separated them by the different and exact field settings.
