Thank you for the report, Saeb!
I could reproduce the issue in:

Version: 6.4.7.2
Build ID: 1:6.4.7-0ubuntu0.20.04.4
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

However, I could not see the same behaviour in:

Version: 7.2.6.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: b0ec3a565991f7569a5a7f5d24fed7f52653d754
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

or in:

Version: 7.3.2.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 49f2b1bff42cfccbd8f788c8dc32c1c309559be0
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Could you please update to a more recent version of LibreOffice? The 7.0 branch will not be updated anymore, but it seems the issue you describe is already fixed in currently supported version (7.2 and 7.3).

Please let us know if updating does fix the problem.

As Stragu wrote, bug was there in Linux but not from LO 7.2.
Probably another duplicate of bug 131025.
Moral for reporter is: please do not report against such an old version of LO, instead test with current versions from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/, it's 7.2.7 Still or 7.3.3 Fresh.
