Open LO.
Go to Tools → Options → LibreOffice → Base → Connections.
Press "Help".
Help couldn't be found, because the link is wrong.
Searching for "Connections" will show the page.

The following data could be helpful in locating the error:
Help ID: cui/ui/connpooloptions/ConnPoolPage

This error appears in LO 7.3.3.1, also earlier versions of LO.

Tested with OpenSUSE 15.3 64bit rpm Linux.
