Description: Changing locale doesn't adapt page margins or measurements unit (from CM to Inch) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch LibreOffice on EU system (default settings a based on system locale) 2. Go to tools -> options -> Language settings -> Language 3. Change interface language to English & Locale to English VS 4. Apply and restart (to be sure) 5. Open Writer again 6. Format -> Page -> Notice margin being notated in CM and still being 2 cm (it should be 0,75 inch by default) Actual Results: Still CM instead of Inch and margins are incorrect too. Expected Results: The locale set on first launch. If you 'correct' / change it afterward settings should match locale.. (or some dialog asking you want to change that too). Still having to change other area's manually is pretty unpractical. (say you're testing bug 148698) And regarding to margins: Option A: Should follow locale Option B: should follow the picked paper format. If you pick letter format, you likely want letter margins...
