german texts do often have upper and lowercase words. the spell checker is particularly non-intelligent with it. an example: pregnose should be Prognose. would be really cool if the spell checker would let itself distract by wrong case.
another example is "fluggeselschaft" which should be "Fluggesellschaft".

I installed hunspell-de on Arch Linux and the checker is suggesting uppercase for prognose and fluggesellschaft. Do you still see this issue? Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
