Created attachment 179761 [details] Autofilter with extra popup search from Standard filter Hi, From 7.3.x when i use the autofilter and move the mouse down on Standard filter, a little "popup" open to search something. It is confusing with the default input text for searching on column occurrences (see my image in attachment). This behaviour was not in 7.2.x. Some people ask me that because they try to search something (to select the checkbox) in the column but it didn't worked (it was not in the good place). This search box on Standard filter is useful? Tested now on Windows 10 and yes this problem do not appear. It is only on linux with gtk3 i guess. Changed to Linux only and Unconfirmed status. I see the search field in 7.4 and latest master. Maybe try: Help - Restart in safe mode and then Continue in safe mode.
