Screenshot of Libre Office Writer UI Tools Options display bug error

The Writer application /Options/ modal dialogue is wider than display resolution and cannot be resized.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Press Alt + F12 to open the Options dialogue (or access from the toolbar Tools menu item, then select the Options sub-item)

This makes configuration of the application very difficult.

System information is included as an attachment, along with a screenshot of the issue.

The issue was also present on Fedora 35, but I have upgraded to Fedora 36 Beta and the issue persists.
