Occasional user to Calc, had to resort to web searches to figure out how to set Print Scale and Print Area. Most software programs have that directly on the Print dialog. Without making major changes or redundant controls, what would make it really easy would be a couple of Buttons that would shortcut directly to the Format -> Page Style or Format -> Print Ranges screens. The "General" tab has room under the Page Layout section below the +More for another category, say called "Links" that could have buttons or text underlined links like browsers. Otherwise, the Tab for "LibreOffice Calc" only has one checkbox. There could easily be buttons added, or text as links. Those two are what came first to mind, but there could well be others pertinent to printing that would benefit ease of use. Thanks!
So do you want to add those buttons to Print dialog? UX-team< we need your opinion here
The print preview has a slide to control the zoom factor of the print content (don't know where the value is stored) - do you mean to have a button to find the best scaling automatically? Would be good to have a clear use case. Format > Page Style has a Page but no General tab. I cannot follow you at this point.
