With bug 148782, the option names for "Left frame border" and "Right frame border" were changed to "Left of frame text area" and "Right of frame page area" in the Position and Size tab of the Position and Size dialog for Shapes (and Type tab for Image and Frame). 

These two options,  which are only shown when the object is anchored ”to frame”, are missing from the "to" control in the "Horizontal" part of the Position section. (swriter/01/05060100.xhp)  [1]  

Adding them to that page will also appropriately have them embedded in [2]
